Lying and cheating serve a useful purpose for progressing ahead in business and school, but not for personal attention or social gain. The world is not a movie where good and honesty always triump, nor controlled by the Bible or morals, but ruled by money and power. It is fruitless labor to be honest in your work, because it will leave you stuck in a mediocre position for your entire life. "Want to get ahead, try lying" is an accurate statement that describes that in today's society, a succesful way to advance oneself is through lying and cheating.

It is naive and blind to believe that honesty will carry you through life. One must cheat to succeed, and if one doesn't they will be left behind, and easily replaced by someone who will. In 1979, Apple Computer stole Xerox's operating system, which was then stolen by Microsoft from Apple. If it wasn't for this fiasco, Xerox would likely be the monopolistic company of the computer world, not Microsoft. Cheating got both Apple and Microsoft ahead, and left Xerox still just making copiers. Cheating is a necessary tool in this world, and the most affluent and succesful ones are the people who utilize it the best to their advantage.

Everyone is taught that cheating and lying are wrong, but it is necessary "evil" in a ruthless world. Cheating leads to success, and success is the sole judgement of right and wrong. Get ahead by lying, and live a life of prosperity, not failure.
